$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libpion-common-dev 

libpion-common-dev is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libpion-common-dev package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpion-common-dev *

You will get with libpion-common-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
